Welcome to the Sonic Revolution
A New Frontier in Nervous System Support
Grounded in decades of autonomic and neurophysiological research.
Precision acoustic regulation, engineered for scale.
The Problem
Nervous system
dysregulation is driving modern health challenges
Stress overload. Chronic illness. Poor recovery. Sleep disruption. Burnout.
Across healthcare systems, elite performance environments, and high-demand professions, autonomic strain is increasingly prevalent.
More broadly, over one billion people worldwide live with mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, according to the World Health Organization - highlighting the scale of stress-related dysfunction within global health burden.
Yet most available approaches are invasive, effort-dependent, compliance-heavy, pharmacological, or difficult to scale.
A scalable, non-invasive approach to autonomic support has not previously existed.

The Platform
Defining a New Category in Global Health
Sonocea® is defining a new category in global health and performance: sound-based regulation of the autonomic nervous system (ANS).
Born out of more than five decades of neuroscience and autonomic nervous system research, Sonocea® is a clinically informed, sound-based intervention designed to support regulation of the autonomic nervous system (ANS).
Powered by Sonic Augmentation Technology™ (SAT™), Sonocea harnesses precision-structured sound to support autonomic regulation - the foundation of how the body manages stress, sleep, focus, trauma response, and recovery.
From a user perspective, it’s effortless. There is nothing to learn, wear, or actively do - just press play and listen.

The Body’s Master Control System
The autonomic nervous system (ANS) - including the brain, brainstem, and vagal pathways - controls involuntary physiological processes such as:
Heart rate
Blood pressure
Breathing
Digestion
Temperature Regulation
When regulatory balance is supported, the body is better able to maintain physiological stability, cognitive clarity, emotional composure, social connection and recovery dynamics.
When dysregulated, downstream effects can influence mental health, stress resilience, immune function, and long-term health outcomes.
Sonocea® is designed to support this regulatory foundational autonomic nervous system - at scale.

Mechanism
Evidence-Based Acoustic Regulation for the Autonomic Nervous System
The auditory system is one of the fastest and most direct pathways into the nervous system. Sonocea® uses Sonic Augmentation Technology™ (SAT™) to engage this pathway and support autonomic regulation in a non-invasive manner.
Sonocea is designed with precision acoustic parameters that extend beyond traditional sound design. It draws on scientific understanding of endogenous biological rhythms and the nervous system’s capacity to shift state through rhythmic stimulation.
In practice, this supports transitions away from stress-dominant physiology toward more regulated patterns associated with calmer states, clearer cognition, improved social engagement, physiological stability, and recovery dynamics.
We refer to this regulated state as Sonostasis® - Sonic-Induced Homeostasis

Sonocea® is delivered through secure audio playback via an app-based platform.
Users press play and listen through headphones or speakers - in clinical, performance, workplace, or home settings.
Because no device, wearable, or active interaction is required, Sonocea can be deployed across diverse populations - including children, individuals with higher support needs, and those for whom more complex or invasive interventions may not be appropriate.

Clinically Studied. Biologically Measured. Independently Validated

Sonocea® is supported by a growing program of institutional clinical trials evaluating autonomic nervous system regulation.
Multiple Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved studies have been carried out independently within leading academic medical centres and research organisations. These investigations examine the physiological effects of Sonocea on autonomic nervous system dynamics using objective physiological markers alongside validated clinical and behavioral measures.
Several research programs are currently undergoing peer review, including work conducted at the University of Florida College of Medicine.
Measurement Framework
Research protocols evaluate autonomic activity using objective biomarkers, including:
Heart rate variability (HRV)
Physiological stress indicators
Neuroendocrine markers associated with regulatory balance
Across studies, measurable physiological shifts have been observed that are consistent with enhanced autonomic regulation.
Importantly, these findings are supported by biological measurement - extending beyond subjective reporting alone.
Institutional Research & Clinical Trials
Sonocea® research and development has been independently evaluated through IRB-approved studies conducted at leading academic, medical, and research organisations, including:

Applications
Designed for High-Demand Autonomic Nervous System Environments
Sonocea® has the greatest potential impact in environments where the autonomic nervous system is under sustained pressure, and where regulation, recovery, and performance are critical.
Designed to complement existing medical, therapeutic and performance pathways, Sonocea® enables controlled deployment, measurable evaluation, and scalable implementation without disrupting established standards of care.

Building the Future of Scalable Nervous System Support
Sonocea® operates through structured institutional partnerships and defined licensing models.
Our approach is designed for integration within established healthcare, research, and performance systems - enabling scalable, non-invasive autonomic nervous system support without disrupting existing pathways.
Partnership models may include:

Born from Five Decades of Neuroscientific Research
Sonocea® was founded at the intersection of behavioral neuroscience and acoustic innovation.
A collaboration between Professor Stephen W. Porges and Anthony Gorry began with a shared scientific question:
‘What if sound could be structured to systematically support nervous system regulation at scale?’
That inquiry became the foundation of Sonocea and continues to guide its scientific and commercial development.
